they have not reported to the SEC since 2008. better do your dd more diligently. they closed shop in april 2009. call the inventor of calorad and ask him why he took his product to a different company last year. call a few distributors for eyii and ask them if the company is still in business. better yet, call pinksheets.com and ask them why they have a CAVEAT EMPTOR sign for EYII and then try calling any number for the company and ask yourself why there is no working number or website. lmao are you even serious?
