Thanks,it is not the frustration per se. Rather,it is the way in which company is doing things and the fact some posters are just all so positive that company is doing and has been doing it right all along. Lack of clear communication from the company (info in 10 k's is not the whole answer)over the past year and a half in particular is the problem.
