46er longwinded .....Don't forget FUDUCIARY DUTY .. It requires that the officers do what ever is in the best interest of it's share holders. That would include Mr. B. and all the officers shares. At least thats the way it works on the big boards. so if the offer says it will offer three times the share price it would be in the best interest to sell for the benefit of the share holders. Penny stocks may have a different set of rules. Once again DWAG> would know.
