If someone on the board has a sell order in at .003 and has L2 you will see it appear and disappear if you take it off sell then place it higher.

Just for kicks I wanted to see if ETMM hadf any powder and I put my sell at .003 and sure enough it pops on at .003, then I take it off and some has a sell order in for .0031. if you are on this board you might want to raise your sell to trip the MM to 5000K the ask.
