BCIT has a legal history as big as the health care
bill. nobody is going to wade through it concientiously , gratis. Life is too short.

Larry Deutsche from Berger and Montague gave myself and a few people (we even included Art into the mix) a FREE opinion about our legal options concerning BCIT.

This is going on over 18 months ago. They were willing to take a class action case on contingency until the law firm partners saw where the SOL started when Megas filed the 10k showing he settled with Capital Growth.

You have repeatedly claimed the money was needed for an opinion. My retort was law firms give legal opinions on case viability for free.

You repeatedly claim Megas is working on business and this can take a back-burner for a later date. Clearly, you do not understand the Statute of Limitations.
