These two companys simply wanted to go public on the cheap. I think they got it backwards. they should have left Markhams head in the crak bowl, and taken over qedn by themselves. At this point they or anyone else for that matter could buy this pos at these prices for next to nada. It's time the investors step up to the plate and take over this company.
