I don’t necessarily think this is as bad as some may think.

Missing Dirt – Buy more and have it delivered.
Contaminated Water – What mining mill doesn’t produce contaminated water? They only want the company to explain how they’ll treat the water and reclaim it.
Wrong Combo of Seeds – Easy fix here, they even provided what % and amount to switch the mixture too.

Most of what was stated in the DOGM letter simply requests CPRK to document “how” they’ll address certain issues. The pervious Amended Notice of Intention to Commence Large Mining Ops laid plans for a ton of changes and activities but really didn’t specify “how” they’d execute everything. Some info was left out - acreage, locations of x, y & z, diagrams, projections, etc… They know this information they just need to document it in this filing so the proper approvals can be granted.

Sure there will most likely be a delay while this request is answered but I don’t think it’ll take that long to submit what’s been requested. Also, couldn’t this be handled while the engineers are looking at the mill and recommending changes/process improvements? Seems like this is the best time to get such a notice from the DOGM (while the mill is down). I couldn’t imagine seeing this come through if we’d just restarted the mill.
