You missed the whole basis of his post. Madoff wasn't "proven" to be a fraud until it was too late. The indications began to show up, though, before the proof was made obvious.

Unlike financial advisors though, you don't automatically assume they're frauds. In the Land of Pinks, tho, you DO.

Apparently, the general market is leery of THRR being a scam, as well. That's proven by the chart.

The reward IS out there!

The burden of proof is not on me to prove it is fake. It is on you and THRR to prove it is true.

I am telling you there is no verifiable information proving it is true therefore how can anybody "assume" it is?

Secondly, if you can't verify it to be true then there is no requirement for me to prove it is not true because the lack of verifiable information proving it to be true only lends credibility to my argument and detracts from yours.

In other words, without any proof that it exists how can you demand proof it does not? The absence of supporting proof that it does exist only suggests it does not.
