From what I've seen it can take upwards to 6 months or more to go from seed to squeeze, kinda like orange juice. But, when you consider that CDIV went up 100,000 percent from the initial pick to NOW, and the squeeze hasn't happened yet, 6 months is a small time to wait. I figure to start the countdown clock the minute Monk's next target is picked, and will retire on the proceeds of that squeeze. After that, I'll while away the time doing the Fs. Not to make money, but as something to do to keep a hand in the market.
