No...I'm saying unless it's in some sort of SEC filing....I don't believe it. Dean lead investors to believe the 15mil dollar bridge loan and buyback was a done deal and going to happen because they had plenty of money....yada yada yada and this went on for months. Then one day shareholders found out not only did they not have a loan of the buyback but the OS is going up and up and up.Lets just say IMO Dean has been far from honest.

All that and all I got was yada yada yada....

Can anyone defeat these claims as patently false? It seems to me that bashers have made some credible points in their favor. I'd like to see better refutations of these points, as opposed to what can come off as "cheerleading" (which may be based on something...let's reiterate those somethings and reaffirm, in the face of doubts, exactly why longs should be so confident in the face of what can seem to the layman to be good reasons to doubt).
