An advanced and very sophisticated content management system like Joomla (also free as in free beer)
with a professional template for $100. Customization to fit BEHL for say $500 ~ $1000 would be tons better.

Oh I certainly agree with you (I'm a Drupal fan myself). I guess most of my "it's better" opinion comes from losing our peepshow girls endorsement.
