There's been about 200k traded today as HGUE
and about 300k traded as QTMM.
My broker TDAmeritrade says that QMC has to deliver the
new shares to them before they can trade in them.
There is a difference in the bid and ask and it
will revert to QTMM price when shares are exchanged.

The effect of the PRs are cumulative not instant.
If it was instant, this would be a daytrader stock.
Better this way, IMO.

Its a bargain right now.
