Econnelle, we aren't even sure what kind of negotiation would have taken place. For example, the broadcast rights are sold, but what if QTelevision becomes available in that city. Could be that the show would then be available via to mediums, etc.
Perhaps it's better to say that distribution rights in that market were granted to the carrier or to whatever network the show will air on. Exclusive or non-exclusive, we do not know at this time.
