sorry I misunderstood what you meant. You have posted alot to try and decipher. I will give you one thing. You are very passionate with your posts but I have not determined your motives yet. I am sure you have an idea of what you think will give you a pps of .10 and when frank doesn't come through with this you seem to get upset. I am very sure that there is much going on that we do not know. I am also convinced that frank is very proud of his network and would like as many people to see it as possible and I truly believe he cares about his shareholders. I am not in a position to judge every single thing like you when I don't know all the facts. I understand you make valuable points due to your knowledge of the business, this is appreciated, sometimes however every press release is torn apart word for word and speculated upon. Well thats enough for tonight, goodnight.

Econnelle, we aren't even sure what kind of negotiation would have taken place. For example, the broadcast rights are sold, but what if QTelevision becomes available in that city. Could be that the show would then be available via to mediums, etc.

Perhaps it's better to say that distribution rights in that market were granted to the carrier or to whatever network the show will air on. Exclusive or non-exclusive, we do not know at this time.
