I doubt it due to the number of screens and the cast of twelve and the fact that it's going to be release in the summer. Now if the wild hunt can get some amazing press aka time -- entertainment weekly etc and can some how catch fire and get more screens then twelve then anything can happen.

Don't count on it! The Wild Hunt will only be released to a very limited number of theaters and probably for a brief time only... That is according to the creators on the The Wild Hunt facebook page... Twelve, we already know will have a huge marketing rollout ($2M)!! Also, Twelve will appeal to a much larger audience... The Wild Hunt will be more of a cult classic and do well in the DVD/Blu ray sales IMO!
