The last time that this property was listed for sale was 2004. That would have been when Mahowell purchased it. They currently are leasing space in that building but DO NOT have that property as listed for sale as you claim. And to reinterate..the LAST time it was listed for sale for 2004. The info about the property was in default was May 09. It is my opinion that perhaps with the melt down in 08 and so many companys going under, Mahowell may have experienced problem too. But it appears to me that the property was not foreclosed on and it is not currently for sale.
