Sometimes it takes time to find solutions to problems and if communicating 24/7 is taking away valuable time that cannot be spent working to find a solution, then I don't want that communication to happen.
I want to know when the problem has been solved. I don't need to hear a new excuse for not making progress every single day. When there is something to be communicated, they will let us know. If there isn't anything, I hope they're not losing any time contemplating about how to keep some small time day traders happy.
