Copperken,It is my understanding that DWQ took samples last week and that it takes about 2-4 weeks to get the results back. DWQ will then evaluate the findings and decide what is required(probably with DOGM's help) for the tailings. They were only permited for dry stacking and were issued a permit to build a tailings containment impound which they have not done.
I understand that water conservancy and reclamation are some of the important factors involved here.
I think it would be very optimistic for the mill to be up and running by the first of the month. If things go right my guess would be sometime in June.
