Yeah, you have a good perspective on the hopes and fears of our brethern, and I believe you are fortunate to be in at this time. The story is very rich here and yet we hold a lot of confidence in the unknown and trust in Dean and his colleagues

I have faith because Dean and company have earned it. this is a huge undertaking and in time folks will realize how huge. I would not wish this task on my worst enemy even if he was a savant and thirty and here Dean is slightly older than that and takes it all in stride. he has gotten thrown a few curves that would have made some cave but instead he comes out better than before the problem occurred, simply an amazing guy IMO.

Being a psychologist you will appreciate this, dean's mind is very similar to an Aikido martial artist (which i have some experience at), he is calm and uses the weakness and strengths of the opponent to make everything thrown at him benefit him and his goal.

We have a very unique individual here.
