The trading symbol here (PMDP) is an abbreviation for pump and dump. It seems appropriate.

I asked them to PR about no dilution and sells, was told quote:

Not allowed to declare news on that, Not is Safe Harbor



Did you ask them to update PKS with the SS to date? That they are allowed to do, takes about 2 minutes and I think the would do it if they aren't selling any
