#1239 RE: Enterprising Investor #1235

Someone wondered what I meant by...

"Professional fees would be a problem for the insiders, now wouldn't they?"

Now, the answer.

The OCC has hired Kibel Green, Inc as a financial advisor. Their hourly fees range from $90 to $595 per hour.

I work much cheaper. First, my time is free. I keep expenses low - $5.44 spent so far to send a letter to the UST via certified mail. I have already thrown the receipt away.

Under KGI's scope of employment, number 8 states, "Assisting the Committee and legal counsel in preparing or responding to any disclosure statements, chapter 11 plans and/or motions to sell properties..."

The key word is "preparing".

How many of you are familiar with "Six Degrees of Separation" or the game "Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon"? If you're playing high stakes poker, you better know who is behind the sunglasses and hat.
