Well there is no doubt about one thing, somebody wants to bring and/or keep NPHC down. That much is obvious from the way the bid and ask keeps playing. For example: Last .39, then an immediate ask is posted for less than that. Some persons don't want it going up and it's not likely we can do anything about it until some stellar news hits.
MM are clearly to blame here. But it seems clear that some investors (not shorts) want to drive the price of their own stock down, I assume in the hope of getting more shares cheaper. Me, I think this is odd. But a typical thing in pennyland.
