with the launches underway in five countries....with others to follow, one would logically assume that there must be some licenses in force or we would have no music libraries to draw from...I understand that Universal...EMI...and Merlin are in-force...I have not heard any thing regarding Sony and Warner.

how convenient of you to post such grand knowledge of how the licenses/contracts were developed and hammer out ....do you have some kind of proof to back up your right to make such claims to those contracts...I would have thought that you would have had some kind of copyright protection with such important contractual documents especially since Sony was involved....I have never heard of the music labels doing anything of a contractual nature without having their attorneys working each and every angle for the protection of their music inventory and musicians....those contracts would have been like GOLD to the right person or persons.

that surely would have kept Allan from just walking in and requesting them from the labels....and walking out with them in hand....pretty smart if you ask me!

When you "crate" a license, is this some type of patent, some way to lock it up so no other companies can use it? tia
