If your emplying that I don't know that it is a independent energy company well your wrong I do derivatives can stand for many things in investing and in this case it is the money the company invested in there holes that have nothing down them except shale of worthless value un till they frac them but have little capital to do that with.

Althow I like to think they have enough capital to frac one of the wells from the billions of shares they have sold to date.


I think there waiting for better gas prices before doing so.LOLOLOL


Come on guys help me out here with this I need $.0002 to break even.

The other thing to note is that the assets were never marked to market by an institution etc. or was it from the ones who held the convertable debt or the SEC to the ones who originaly held the assets through the holding of the common shares and the price of those shares would of been marked to market by the SEC to be allowed to trade at a set price granted that was some time ago before storms and such came along and the sucking of the wells dry.

BUY, BUY she is a bargin cause the taps were never turned on the other four wells or five maybe it was six it dosn't matter they still require them to be fracted or what ever that is called.
