Working on a project with confidence that it will pay off versus us knowing when is the correct time to buy the shares are not the same problem. Many things can happen between production and now that may not be favorable to the current shareholders. What you like about what you found sure does help with long term prospects. But when to buy shares it does not answer. But if you trust the management to do the right thing for shareholders you have your answer. Personally I think we may have to wait for the dust to settle post RS for management to come to that position. It looks to me that they well may hurt us plenty and those getting in later will reap the most benefits. But that is JMO on how I assess the current situation. Hope I am wrong for all holding shares.
