exactly, it was to point out that the "secrecy" is part of the show, since it serves no real purpose..... I would imagine that the quote "big oil and gas" don't even consider JBI, Inc. to be a threat to their livelihood

Was involved in a mid-western cooperative effort to retail gas in the early 80's. We had a handful of 24 hour/wholly self serve stations with highly competitive pricing being modeled and suddenly our pipeline (figuratively) was cut off. The few stations that were started stayed in operation but expansion was suddenly out of the question.
