Wow Ninja! I'm so glad you aren't involved there anymore. People usually lose my respect for their knowlege when they don't treat others with respect and kindness. The truth of the guy you mentioned was revealed by the fruit of his spirit. He was apparently ruled by his Ego/self interest and insecurities. Someone with good motives and nothing to hide is relaxed enough to be kind and respectful to all even if they disagree with them, and will be known by their positive virtues of generosity and sacrifice imho.
