Chad Curtis is the ever controlling shareholder of MDOR,
Black gold has been referred to repeatedly to rubber by Chad Curtis himself in numerous interviews,
He created this florida company prior the latest financing only to close it down after it was disclosed on another board,

Any actions from the main shareholder that is suspicious to MDOR is valuable information. Let the readers decide if it is of any value to them or not. I personnaly find this at the best troubling.
