When was the last time you could say "for sure" regarding a Dean PR? When was the last time you heard Dean say 350? All I hear is "the funding" will be completed. The funding could be $3.50 for all we know. I am in this long and I'm really starting to become concerned on these vague PR's. Go QASP please.
