Hey, isn't this the first time in memory that they have filed stuff on time? And it is one of the things they need to get listed. If anything they are showing some effort. I am very wary of this situation but, PLEASE, don't make stupid comments. No one buying stock in this company is in any way providing money to the principals to run off with that money. That's not the way the secondary market works.
