25 trillion dinar will be $15 billion dollars.

They will lop, the new rate will be 85 cents. $15 billion means they will have about 18 billion dinars.
They are going to reduce 25 triilion dinar down to 18 billion. That means their are about 7 trillion dinar that will not get exchanged and it will become worth ZERO. Wonder where those 7 trillion dinar are?
Brilliant plan by Iraq. They are getting a FREE 7 billion dollars.
