I think it is important for those invested to do the DD on Mark Lundquist. With him being embedded at the lender to expedite is no small matter. He is top notch and this is a sign to me that all is well and our wait is coming to an end. Thanks to Quasar and Dean for their hard work, seems like Spring will bear some fruit early.
