This is all good news, and the share prices are not relevant to the potential IMO. I am long and strong on everything but commons.

It is much too early to know anything, but the sentiment of the court seems to continue to bend favorably towards Lehman's lawyers/creditors.

Nice prices for buying here if you can get anything on the bid side.
