Fluff PRs will not help. TP they can push the BS PRs all they want no one will buy. The currant share holders have been beat to death I would say they all have a full count of shares why buy more? We have seen this too many times already.
Once they RS it will keep falling until they show they are making money THAT is the only PR that will help other then Iphone is pre loading us etc ... a REAL PR
And I do think money will start to come in or someone will get around to buying us (not google)

TP - I am also concerned about the scenario you describe about there being some PR announcement after the R/S and YA then selling heavily and driving the price down. However, I am not so sure as the announcement at the SHM regarding a US and European "roadshow" gives me some hope that finally NEOM may begin to operate like a "professional" company. For sure one thing potential professional investors (such as those attending a road show) don't want to hear is the prospect of future dilutions as this will completely discourage them to take a position in NEOM. NEOM management also know this so I see the road show announcement as a positive and just maybe, a signal that the endless dilution may be over. This also fits with the extension of the convertibles though to 2017.
... this 'stuff' happens in the worst of the pinkies and otcbb stocks, it does NOT happen 'all the time' on the big boards, and with NEOM willingly embedding YAGI's hooks in itself (all apologies for 'they had no choice! wah!' aside) NEOM has been one of the worst of the worst.
