My opinion the company's sales, assets, and operations warrant at LEAST a low single-digit stock price. Less than $1 is a joke.
None of my research shows they are ineligible for NASDAQ listing other than the current stock price. NASDAQ listing will get them on institutional radars and possible medical indices.
