To bad the Nordic 66 million was restricted and not in the float that would cut it half. It looks like in the new 10-k Nordic went up to 85 million in shares now. The o/s and float do matter, the earnings per share will drop. Instead of .50 pps, we will see .25 pps. It dilutes your earnings.
