There's a very interesting line in that report...

"...more than 150 million shares changed hands. The volume traded surpassed the amount of reported outstanding common stock of 31 million."

More stock was traded then what was known to exist.

Either an insider cashed out their Class A shares, or...

Can anyone say "naked short"?

Think about it.... more stock was traded than known to exist.
