Pike by law has to use the last disclosed O/S in his ownership filings (which was disclosed almost a year ago by Spongetech and never updated since). Even if the true O/S was 20 trillion shares, he would still have to use the 722 million number until SPNG reveals its true O/S to the public.

That's the way it works. But then, this has been explained to you many times on this board.

PIKES filing indicates owning 24.3% of the 722 MILLION of which it totals 175,350,000 shares of the outstanding far less than what the bashers are claiming.
