Agree with you there too. Thats where I thought Go800 was positioning themselves to gain not only the National Brand TM name, but also get them to buy the National for much higher. The keyword owner essentially dominates that industry by covering their TM name and buying their national generic name at a premium. Also effectively blocking out mom and pops - aside from them using their actual name for a keyword...

Ah. Fingers are tired. Company has so much potential. Im sure theyve thought of all of this - but its fun discussing it I guess.

In a small town, I'd imagine that Mom and Pop would prefer to use their own name like JetsPizza or Tonyspizza. It would be on all their coupons and flyers anyway so it won't be like you are sitting there going hmmm, wonder who I should call? If they put up a billboard, then travelers would know as well. Also, hotels that have local adverstisments for travelers would probably have the Go800 number in the pizza ad.

By the way, I crack the Fxxk up every time I see HairNutz posting because the name is freakin halarious! So HairNutz, how did you ever come up with that handle? LMFAO!

ON the April 5th meeting, it was discussed. The company will assess "Brand" names and "Generic" names. As it stands right now, if a local Pizza shop wants to use "Bob Pizza" for one area code or several area codes, it will be allowed.

This issue is a "Work in progress" during the trial period. I am pretty sure this will be worked out. Basically, it will up to the Ambassador during the trial period as to which is activated.

This is all in my opinion of what I heard during the meeting and I will clarify with the company soon.
