I see just the opposite. The banks said "No Thank You". Two years is a long time trying to chase down bankers. The Balance Sheet has to be completely unacceptable.

Wells Fargo wanted no action either. More than a little strange.
Couple it with no/missing filings and no shareholder letter, and the Big Picture is coming into focus.
