Now come on, I find it very difficult to believe THJMW overstepped anything. In fact it appears to me she has done her best to side step everything. She may have some plan in mind, but so far she reminds me of the ineffectual playground teacher telling all the little chilluns to play nice.

Then WMI's lawyers might appeal to Walrath's decison for bonholders rather than trying to prove that the bank was solvent. We already know from the previous POR that they do not want to show the bank was solvent.
