You hit the nail on the head there: people fall in love with a stock and don't want to see anything else that can paint any other picture than a positive one.
In the case of HDVY, however, we were essentially bullied with true facts and details, but also bullied for not betraying our NDAs. I think that was a bit much, as this company legally cannot talk about that (at least not in too much detail) so we were made out to be behind in the game in a sense.
Definitely not an attack, IMO---but it did cause a lot of day traders and flippers to exit.
