JMO-i dont know either, i know they are an active for profit corp in florida as of 3/8/10. as far as i know, they are no longer involved with indusco dist or any aspect of bioshields previous operations. i had a small position back when it was icoworks but then got name change and r/s'd on. they r/s'd again and i could of made money and sold at r/s but broker claimed they hadnt received shares from t/a yet. so share price went from like 3.50 down to 1.75 or sumthing like that-it really pissed me off-took like 3 weeks and multiple emails/calls to my broker before new shares showed up in my acct-by that time, my shares were in the red and i sold. holding 1000 shares as of today +100shares i bought today to see what would happen-whish i had loaded up, float seems to be really low from what i can tell. trying to find current share structure but cant! think they switched t/a. any info anyone has will be welcomed, best regards
