If the VCTY Pres. will not be at the Friday meeting, as has been posted somewhere as a very favorable sign, ie. the deal has already got original signatures in the lawyers' offices, the transaction is complete or closer to completion than many might suspect. Not a great position to be in, to be watching this stock from the sidelines, and then rushing to try to catch it as it soars.
