That explanation applies if you are designing art like the one I have as my signature now. If you are just wanting an image that already exists online, just copy the image source by right clicking and ctrl c/ ctrl v into the signature settings add page.
If you are designing the art, you have to upload it but if it is already there, download only. GLTY
