TDA doesn't care about it's customers, Scottrade does the same thing all the time because they are in NITE's pocket and vice/versa, and Roger has to cover every time NITE gets busted on a MOASS having NSS'ed some poor little penny stock to death.
TDA used to never do this, I guess they saw how much $$$$$ others were making NSS'ing these pennies, and decided to join in. Now with the new short-selling regs, all the little cockroaches are scattering as the lights get turned on....cost me some serious money here, as i'm sure it cost a LOT of people, the only way to make it a fair game out here, is to complain over and over and over, after all, we ALL know how lazy and worthless the SEC is when it comes to enforcement. So be proactive y'all, take a sec and fill out the complaint form, make them reply to you, send TDA a message and then forward their lame BS reply to the SEC and the Justice Dept.
