I realize why CCLTF has the "E" since they didn't file for a NT but WKBT also has the "E" and has already filed the 10k on 3/31/10 so what's the matter here?

The company has not missed any deadline. As a Foreign Private Issuer (FPI), China Ceramics has until the end of June to file a 20F. It appears OTCBB has made a mistake by adding the “E”. Legal is calling them now to rectify the situation. Hopefully everything will be back to normal shortly.
