I don't think you know enough about how the Chinese operate and you won't learn it from watching movies. The Chinese are still communists. Most Chinese companies are still run for the benefit of the state. Many executives of these companies are falsely accused and thrown in jail or worse for simply not living up to expectations or for making honest mistakes. That is the reality of China. You can try painting a rosier picture if you want, but it will not be factually accurate.
