10k is in May--Annual is always due 4 months after the 3rd Quarter~


Our CEO mentioned in a conversation I had with him last week that he's in the process of getting an Independent Reserve report,and

will PR it as soon as complete.

They're currently drilling 2 new stepouts on Bear,and hopefully those [hopeful] new reserves will be booked as well.

That should give a serious boost to this stock and get those sitting on the fence on board.
