The bondholders argument is their downfall. Fraud or mismanagement didnt bring wamu down. The fdic and jpm did. They jumped on the fdic/jpm wagon early on and now might get screwed and its too late to change their argument. THJMW knows this and is trying to get everyone in an all inclusive solution. imo

Im glad equity is using the right argument...
