I c where u are coming from, but go and look at the historical price chart and you will know that no one would have made a ton of money, cause there is no volume in this stock. This is a purely manipulated stock. Don't get sucked in to this scam, stay away from it. If you still dare to try out play with limited money, because the risk outweighs the reward. In my personal opinion i wouldn't be shocked if this stock get delisted in the near future as i am aware of numerous complaints with SEC of this stock as i have made myself and aware of a few friends of mine that has done so as well. We all have lost most of our money as i was down 90% of my original portfolio value and ended up selling for nothing. I also was one of the suckers who got sucked in when they announced the divined and increased my share volume only to find out with in a month time they did their 3rd Reverse Split and that was the end of the story.

Dont know where you are getting your info from, but it has NOT been down to 5 cents or 2 cents since the reverse split (of Dec 09 ?)
Also there is often a huge 'spread' between the bid and the ask, so on some days if you want to sell, they might pay you 20 cents to sell your shares, but if someone wants to buy, they may have to pay 30-40 cents to buy the shares.

I have been following this company for 2 years almost, they have made nothing but promises (= lies), have still not sold any products/ NO PROOF THERE EVEN IS A PRODUCT ..., and people continue to get suckered in and scammed.

Here's another good example - 2 trades so far for 3500 shares @ .20 and it shows a 20% increase. Unbelieveable crap-on-a-crapstick stock, if you'll forgive my eloquence...
